Sensibilidade de Peixes Neotropicais ao Dicromato de Potássio

O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a sensibilidade de Piaractus mesopotamicus (pacu), Hyphessobrycon eques (mato-grosso) e Phallocerus caudimaculatus (guaru) ao dicromato de potássio. A CL(I)50;96h para P. mesopotamicus foi de 144,50 ± 19,67 mg L-1; para H. eques, de 130,79 ± 10,02 mg L-1; e para P. caudimaculatus, de 154,39 ± 6,72 mg L-1. As três espécies apresentam potencial para serem utilizadas como organismo-teste, porém, o H. eques atendeu melhor aos critérios de seleção.
