The current paper investigates toxicological effects of fungicidal formulations based on pyraclostrobin, epoxiconazole and its combined formulation to Daphnia similis through determination of No Observed Effect Concentration (NOEC) from each formulation. Regarding D. similis mortality, NOEC values found were 0.098 μg L-1, 1.324 μg L-1 and 0.341 μg L-1 for pyraclostrobin, epoxiconazole and combined formulation, respectively. Regarding newborn/adult ratio, NOEC values found were 0.579 μg L-1, 3.599 μg L-1 and 0.623 μg L-1 for pyraclostrobin, epoxiconazole and combined formulation, respectively. Pyraclostrobin isolated was the most toxic chemical among analyzed formulations.
